    Do not get insurance from this office!!! I love State Farm, they have been good to me, and I recently found out, that I can drop an agent, and switch to another, which is what I am doing. Bob decided, after we spoke on the phone, and I said I wanted $1000 deductibles, no collision or comprehensive coverage. He signed me up for it anyways. I did not drop him after that, and chalked it up to a misunderstanding. The final straw was when I tried for three days, to get a question answered by his rep Gia. I sent an email to Bob, thinking that when I told him that I had waited for three days for a response to a simple question, he would be sympathetic. He left me a NASTY voicemail, telling me he does not appreciate me speaking about his employees that way... He technically stole money from me, by signing me up for the most expensive policy, and then leaves me a rude voicemail... Do not do business with this man, it will literally cost you!

    I've been with JC Taylor for about 2 years i own a 1977 corvette i lost a t top on a windy day called the day after it happened 24 hours got a call back they are sending me a check for a pair of brand new t tops! Thank you JC Taylor!

    Awful place I used to go there a lot because they sell Irish products but not anymore. The man behind the counter didn't give me my change back and when we argued he then checked the camera only to come back and say it was my fault he didn't give my change because I confused him. I'll not be back
